Azita Ghanizada

Azita ghanizada has been featured on a variety of TV series in her native United States. Born in Kabul Afghanistan her family fled her home country for the US in search of refugee status to stay. She is the middle sister of two sisters. She was brought up on the outskirts of Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's career began in the world of television when she appeared in National Commercials. In the Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2004) Ghanizada was the principal character in Chiara an appearance for which she received an award for best actress at a film festival nomination. Her appearances on TV include shows such as How I Met Your Mother as well as Entourage, Veronica Mars, The Wedding Bells NuMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. Most recently, she played a role as a support in the science fiction action movie Blood Shot (2009) and the indie comedy You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada began her acting career in 2008 as a cast actor on General Hospital's primetime spin-off, General Hospital. Season 2 of Night Shift featured Ghanizada portray the role of Dr. Saira Bhatra, a specialist in holistic medical practices. In 2009 Ghanizada performed the role of Kelly as a Prada sales representative on HBO's Entourage and also joined in the cast of the tv episode Tough Trade from Weeds creator Jenji Kohan as well as executive producer T Bone Burnett.
